How TradeStars Works

TradeStars is a fantasy football and cricket trading game — a live stock market for player shares. Traditional fantasy sports make you lock a lineup and hope for the best. TradeStars gives you an always-open market. Buy and sell player shares throughout the round, including during live matches, and react to goals, injuries, team news, and momentum in real time. The best-managed portfolio at the end of the round wins.

It’s fantasy sports meets a live trading floor. No luck-of-the-draw lineups. Just your reads, your timing, and your strategy.

A Round in TradeStars

  1. Enter an arena — use $10 from your TradeStars USD balance to join a round-based contest for a league you follow. You get 1,000 virtual credits to trade with.
  2. Buy player shares — use your credits to build a portfolio before matches kick off. Player prices move based on demand, so timing matters.
  3. Trade through the round (live included) — rebalance before, during, and after fixtures. Recycle credits into players with the best upcoming upside.
  4. Score updates fairly during live games — your score updates when official stats refresh. During live games, new buys/sells count from the next refresh so everyone plays on equal footing.
  5. Top the leaderboard — the top 3 portfolios split the prize pool.

The key difference: You can trade live, but scoring catches up on the next official stats refresh. Speed still matters, but feed-delay sniping doesn’t.

Each arena entry costs $10 from your TradeStars USD balance. You get 1,000 virtual credits to trade with — buy player shares, rebalance live, and recycle credits across fixture windows. At the end of the round, the top 3 portfolios split the prize pool (50% / 30% / 20%), with exact winner amounts shown in USD. Completed arenas publish a proof before payout finalization, and final payouts are settled transparently on Solana.

TradeStars currently supports Football and Cricket (T20), with new leagues added regularly.
